I built White Fern Consulting to change that.
We look at what's actually happening — emotionally, mentally, spiritually, operationally — and build the structure that holds what's coming next. The part most people skip is leadership. Not because they don't care, but because nobody taught them how to translate vision into expectation and expectation into execution. That gap costs more than most owners realize.
I've done this work inside hotels, wellness centers, production companies, and service businesses. The context changes. The pattern doesn't.
Trained in multiple leadership development programs, with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management and over a decade inside growth-stage businesses.
