Maintaining my own health.
Your business, your family, and your sanity all depend on one crucial thing—self-care. It’s not a luxury; it’s a necessity. Let’s dive into 6 different types of self-care and explore some practical ways to integrate them into your busy life.
Emotional Self-Care
Your emotions matter, and acknowledging them is vital. As a woman in business, I find it extremely easy to shove my emotional needs aside. I rank my team members, my family, and immediate tasks that I think are more important.
Here’s what I’ve learned though:
that way of doing things is completely counterproductive. It is honestly selfish to the other people in my life. When I don’t take care of my emotions I start being careless with others.
I encourage you to go on a journey of exploration to find the things that create emotional connectedness for you.
